Shipping policy

At Sailing Atypic, all products are made to order after your order is placed. Production and shipping times may therefore vary depending on the product, destination, and time of year.
Processing Times
Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, production times may be longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
Canada: 5 to 15 business days
United States: 3 to 10 business days
Europe: 5 to 20 business days
International: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Sailing Atypic is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers;
- Customs services;
- Weather conditions;
- Strikes or service interruptions;
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sailingatypic.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier and our production partner to find an appropriate solution.
