Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your items may take longer than expected. You can always contact us with any questions regarding a return at sailingatypic@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3-day European Union Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 3-day period, for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and display the refund.
